Welcome to Global Publishing Services LLC (“Global Publishing Services,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Service Terms and Conditions (“Service Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“Author,” “you,” or “your”) and Global Publishing Services regarding your use of our publishing, production, and distribution services (“Services”). By engaging or continuing to use our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

Global Publishing Services provides professional publishing, production, and distribution assistance to authors worldwide. Our Services may include but are not limited to editing, layout and typesetting, book and cover design, audiobook production, print and digital publication, and distribution across online platforms. The specific deliverables you receive will depend on your chosen publishing package or written agreement.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting or notification. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Our Services are intended for individuals aged eighteen (18) and above who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

All payments are made according to the invoice or proposal you agreed to. Once production, editing, or design work has begun, all payments become non-refundable. Any remaining balances are due as per the agreed payment schedule. If payments are delayed or incomplete, Global Publishing Services may suspend or terminate services, withhold deliverables, and pursue any necessary collection actions.

You retain ownership of your original written work and creative content. Materials produced by Global Publishing Services, such as design layouts, templates, and production files, remain the company’s property unless otherwise stated in writing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your book’s publishing and marketing purposes. Unauthorized use, resale, or modification of these materials is prohibited.

By engaging our Services, you grant Global Publishing Services a non-exclusive, worldwide license to produce, distribute, and sell your book through our channels and third-party distributors. This license allows us to make your book available to readers and retailers globally while you retain full ownership of the content itself.

You are solely responsible for your book’s content. You agree that your work does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights, nor does it contain defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Publishing Services, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your work or its content.

All personal information and manuscript materials are handled confidentially and used only to provide Services as described. We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside of distribution or service fulfillment requirements.

Global Publishing Services provides all Services “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding book sales, visibility, or market performance. While we ensure professional quality and industry-standard work, we do not warrant any particular outcome or revenue from your publication.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Publishing Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or reputation. In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for Services within the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify Global Publishing Services, its officers, employees, and contractors from all claims, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or from the content of your book.

Global Publishing Services may terminate Services at any time if these Terms are violated, if payments are not completed, or if there is misuse of company property or reputation. Upon termination, Services will stop immediately. We may continue displaying or distributing your book for a short period until removal from third-party platforms is complete.

You and Global Publishing Services operate as independent contractors. This agreement does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship. You cannot represent or bind the company in any way.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under this agreement without written permission. Global Publishing Services may assign its rights and obligations at its discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

These Terms, along with any proposal or signed author agreement, represent the full and complete agreement between you and Global Publishing Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action, or it will be permanently barred.
